Spurning breakfast at the hotel, we started out along the Chichester canal towpath to Bognor before stopping in bright sunshine for some welcome nosh in the Lobsterpot.<\/p>

Littlehampton and Worthing are a blur, but Tim and Mark took a swim there, then along the coast to Shoreham SSI before turning inland up the Downs link to Tim\u2019s place in Haywards Heath, where we enjoyed a fine barbecue and were astonished by Toby\u2019s encyclopaedic knowledge of football trivia. I have a note on file that Derek exposed himself at some point in the day but I have no memory of what that is about.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
