tight<br \/>A reminder of camp<br \/>The dark &amp; the damp<br \/>We wake to a cuckoo in flight.<\/p><p>The morning is calm and serene<br \/>Barra\u2019s landscape is gentle and green<br \/>The miles roll by<br \/>As we search the sky<br \/>For species so seldom seen.<\/p><p>The airport is well within reach<br \/>There are signs, for the tourists, to teach<br \/>When the windsocks are out<br \/>Then don\u2019t hang about<br \/>\u2018Cos the runway consists of the beach.<\/p><p>On we pedal to Vatersay<br \/>Thinking \u201cWhat a brilliant day\u201d<br \/>Lunch at the turn<br \/>And then we burn<br \/>Back to the ferry for Eriskay.<\/p><p>From there it\u2019s a good run to our base<br \/>We get \u201chome\u201d as if in a race<br \/>A shower in moist air<br \/>We cannot stay there<br \/>So it\u2019s off to the pub at a pace.<\/p><p>The Politician\u2019s a peculiar name<br \/>Connects it with scandal and shame<br \/>The locals can bore<br \/>About \u201cWhisky Galore\u201d<br \/>It\u2019s the pub\u2019s only claim to fame.<\/p><p>In the end we went to the Borrodale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
