Our 2023 Scotland adventure was such a hit that we wanted to do something similar in 2024. In case anyone thought we hadn\u2019t done mainland Britain properly because we\u2019d missed out the Mull of Kintyre, and the mainland between Skye and Ullapool, we hatched a plan to remedy these deficiencies and take in as much of Mull and Skye as we could manage. I thought it would be brilliant to cycle round those islands as we\u2019d enjoyed our visits there in the past, but they turned out to be a bit of a nightmare because of the narrow lanes and constant streams of cars touring the islands. You learn these things the hard way. But the route between the Kyle of Lochalsh and Ullapool turned out to be an unexpected delight. We were blessed with good cycling conditions most of the way.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
